Wipe the ceiling and mount with rubbing alcohol and let dry.
Attach the provided removable tape to the mount.
Center the mount around your light and press firmly onto the ceiling.
Insert the Shade ring and attach it to the magnets.

I am so impressed with this shade. It really transformed my laundry room! The process of installing it was super simple- I have slightly textured ceilings so I opted to drill for extra hold. It did slightly dim my light, but I have windows in that room so it doesn’t matter to me. I probably wouldn’t put this shade in my windowless closet because it just isn’t bright enough. I also could change the lightbulb.
