Wipe the ceiling and mount with rubbing alcohol and let dry.
Attach the provided removable tape to the mount.
Center the mount around your light and press firmly onto the ceiling.

I really love my tulip shade :) it’s beautiful. i did not realize i would have to drill it into the wall, so i just used the adhesive and it seems fine. maybe more adhesive would have been perfect. Thanks !

So beautiful, I have a closet I transformed into my office. It had harsh overhead lighting that I could not change. My tulip shade has softened the light but also made it look much more elegant and put together.
