Attach the provided removable tape to the mount.

    Beautiful design with great customer service

    I ordered two Gem Bark shades and absolutely love how they look in my space — they add a warm, sculptural touch and feel thoughtfully designed. Installation was straightforward overall, though one of the shades I received didn’t fit properly on the ceiling mount. That said, customer service was responsive and helpful, and they sent a replacement quickly after I reached out.

    Because of the issue with the defective shade, I’m giving this product four stars instead of five. That said, I’m pleased with the end result and would still recommend it to anyone looking to add character to a room.
