Shipping & returns
When product is in stock we try our best to ship all packages within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order from our Kansas City, MO warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer Domestic shipping options through UPS and FedEx. FedEx and UPS give you both expedited and ground options. We currently do not ship internationally but are hoping to expand to do so in the future. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are currently an international customer interested in purchasing a Tulip Shade.
Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery method, location and carrier at checkout. Please add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost. You do not have to provide any payment info in order to see the shipping cost.
Returns and exchanges:
Tulip Shades are made with care by artisans. Each item is individually unique and hand assembled. We do not typically offer returns for refunds. However, if the Shade has not be installed, is damaged, or faulty we would be pleased to offer you a return or an exchange. To make a return or an exchange please email email@example.com and provide photos and a description of the item and what went wrong or why you are unsatisfied.
Kindly note all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of products.
Tulip will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
