Shipping:

When product is in stock, we aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, and we appreciate your patience.

We offer Domestic shipping options through UPS and USPS, with both expedited and ground options. We ship to Canada via UPS Innovations. We are hoping to expand to more countries in the future. Please email info@hellotulip.com if you are an international customer interested in purchasing a Tulip Shade.

Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery method, location and carrier at checkout. Please add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost. You do not have to provide any payment info in order to see the shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Tulip, each customer means the world to us. Crafted with care, every Tulip Shade is meticulously made by skilled artisans, resulting in a product that is uniquely yours. We accept returns within 30 days after receiving your order. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in original condition. Customers will assume the cost of return shipping. If the return is the result of some error on our part please reach out immediately for us to make things right.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

At Tulip, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, once your package is handed off to USPS or UPS, we are unable to control how it is handled in transit. To ensure peace of mind, we highly recommend adding Corso Shipping Protection to your order.

If you purchased Corso Shipping Protection, please file a claim using the link in your confirmation email or visit Corso's Claims Page.

If you did not purchase Corso Shipping Protection, we will need to wait 15 business days before we can file a claim with USPS. While we’ve noticed delays recently with USPS, many "lost" packages do eventually make their way to their destination.

Final sale policy:

Final sale Shades will be indicated by text on the product page and within your cart prior to check out. Thank you for understanding that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on final sale Shades.
