I've been in the same rental for 18 years and have stared at the same ugly glass light for nearly two decades. I am SO much happier having this Tulip shade in my bedroom now. It really adds character and makes the room feel more my own. I have an awful popcorn ceiling which means the adhesive is completely useless, but thankfully the screws hold the ring in place. Coupled with some Hue bulbs, I can great a beautiful warm glow. I had been thinking about getting a Tulips shade for years and I'm finally glad I pulled the trigger. It brings me great joy!

I am in a rental house and have an awful LED ceiling fixture that I can't dim or remove so I needed some kind of a solution. it's so bright that I couldn't even turn the light switch on without being brought to my knees LOL. But seriously. This is absolutely awesome, even with lower ceilings it looks really cool and adds some whimsy to my bedroom. The LED fixture is so bright that it was still too strong shining out the bottom of the Tulip, so I ordered a light diffuser off of Amazon. It's not perfect but it does help diffuse the light a little more... I wish this came in black and cream stripe as I think I'll get sick of the red, but part of that is me changing out decor pretty quickly. 100% recommend!

I've had my eyes on Tulip Shades for a while and am happy to have invested in two shades for my home. Installing was a breeze and I loved the magnetic attachments of the shades - super cool that I can swap them out to change them around (I got two different colors). Overall, happy to have them, they look like art pieces, and I believe they'll be with me for a long time. :D
